1. Start with the discovery call

Start with a free 15-minute call about symptom history, what you have tried, and whether the approach fits. It is a simple way to learn about our approach before arranging a full consultation.

2. Agree on the question and collection process

Discuss the purpose of each proposed test, cost, collection instructions and whether a home kit or local blood draw is needed. Testing is individualized. Bring previous reports to avoid unnecessary repetition.

3. Review findings and responsibilities

Ask how results will be explained, what the proposed plan includes and who is responsible for medication decisions. Keep your prescriber and specialists involved. An EoE diagnosis or structural hernia needs appropriate specialist care.
